Catering Terms and Conditions

The purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidelines for the provision of catering services by Savor and Spice NJ LLC. This policy applies to all events and functions where catering services are requested, including, but not limited to, corporate events, weddings, private parties, and public gatherings.

Menu Customizations and Dietary Restrictions

Savor and Spice NJ LLC offers a variety of menu options, including vegetarian, vegan, and halal choices. Clients must inquire about customization requests as not all of our meals can be made to accommodate these modifications. Final menu selections must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event.

What to Include in the T&C Document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.

Lunchbox

Lunchbox Terms and Conditions

The purpose of this policy is to provide clear guidelines for the purchase and fulfillment of Lunchbox orders from Savor and Spice NJ LLC. These terms apply to all individual and group lunchbox orders placed through our website or direct communication.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

Lunchbox service is offered on a rotating schedule, based on chef availability. Availability is announced monthly via email notifications to subscribers, text message updates, and social media posts.
Lunchboxes are not available for on-demand purchase outside of scheduled service dates. However, clients may request lunchbox-style meals as part of a custom catering order or meal prep configuration, subject to availability and minimum order requirements.

Fixed Menu and Customization

Lunchbox meals are offered on a set, rotating menu. Each box includes a pre-selected combination of a protein, vegetable, and carb. While we are proud to offer a range of options, including vegetarian selections, customizations are not available for individual lunchbox orders.
